Due to various reasons, one might need to cancel their Ola scooter booking, even after making the full payment. In this article, we will guide you on how to cancel your Ola scooter booking online and the process involved.
Important Points to Keep in Mind
1. The cancellation process can only be initiated online through the official Ola Electric website or app.
2. If you cancel your booking before the delivery date, you will receive a full refund of your payment. However, if you cancel after the delivery date, you will be charged a cancellation fee.
3. The refund will be credited to the bank account you provided in the cancellation form within 7-10 business days.

Cancelling Ola S1 Reservation
You can cancel your booking and get a full refund till the time your Ola scooter is shipped from the Ola Futurefactor. You can cancel your reservation before making the balance payment through the Ola app:
Step 1: Go to the Ola S1 pro tab in your Ola App
Step 2: Under ‘your reservations’ click on the displayed Order ID
Step 3: Click on ‘Cancel reservation’
Step 4: Confirm your cancellation
You will get back your money within a month in the same account from which you made the transaction.
But keep note that if you want to cancel your OLA S1 Pro Scooter, you must request it before the scooter leaves OLA’s future factory.
How To Cancel Ola Scooter Booking Online After the Full Payment?
As soon as you make the full payment, the cancel button is removed from your Ola account.
To cancel your OLA S1 Pro Scooter after full payment, you have to send an email to support@olaelectric.com including your Order ID, Reason for cancellation, Delivery City, and your registered mobile number. Once OLA customer support receives your email, they will begin processing your cancellation request.
If you have financed it using EMI, the same cancellation process will be followed.
It usually takes two to three working days for the cancellation request to be processed. After that, you should be able to see the ‘Cancel’ button in your OLA app under the Electric hamburger menu.
After cancellation, your money will be refunded to the same account from which the transaction was made within one month.
It is important to note that the cancellation request must be made before the scooter departs from OLA’s future factory.
