Whether you are a seasoned electric scooter owner or a newbie, you will find these tips useful in keeping your ride in top condition.
Turn off the scooter: The scooter must be turned off and the key is removed from the ignition before you start cleaning it.
Let the scooter cool down: If the scooter has been recently used, it is important to allow it to cool down before cleaning it.
Avoid water on electrical components: Be careful not to get water on any electrical components, including the battery and charging port. This can cause serious damage and even electric shock.
1. Cleaning the Touchscreen
Use a soft, lint-free cloth, like a microfiber cloth, to gently wipe the touchscreen to remove any loose dirt or debris.
If there are any stubborn stains or grime on the touchscreen, you can dampen the cloth with a small amount of water or a gentle cleaner.
Never use harsh chemicals, as they can damage the touchscreen of your scooter.

2. Cleaning the Scooter Battery
Cleaning the battery is much easier when you have a removable battery. Just get it out and clean it separately.
Use a clean and dry cloth to wipe any dust or dirt off the battery. Be sure not to use any water or cleaning solutions to clean the battery, as this can damage it.
Use a wire brush to gently scrub the terminals until they are clean.
You can also use a mixture of baking soda and water to remove the corrosion.
Once the battery is clean and dry, reconnect it to the scooter.

Gently clean the body of the scooter with a sponge or a soft cloth into the solution and wring it out to remove excess water.
Avoid getting water on the electrical components and the battery.
